Prolific Management partners LLC

At Prolific Management Partners, we believe that the most impactful safety programs are those focused on preventing life-altering and life-threatening events. Our Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF)-based Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Program goes beyond traditional metrics like TRIR. While we respect regulatory benchmarks such as OSHA’s Total Recordable Incident Rate, our core mission is simple: protect lives and send every worker home safe. Every shift, every site.
Our approach is not compliance-driven alone; it is behavior-based and field-proven, designed to identify, control, and remove the exposures that lead to serious injuries and fatalities. We understand that eliminating these high-risk exposures is the most valuable investment any project can make. That’s why our team leads with our core value:
We actively C.A.R.E. — Control And Remove Exposures.

At Prolific Management Partners, safety is more than a requirement, it’s a relentless commitment to excellence. As CEO and Senior Safety Consultant, I’ve led high-risk, high-impact projects for clients including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, Chevron, and Bayer. From levee improvements and dam retrofits to refinery shutdowns and high-voltage substation upgrades, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience with a consistent track record of zero-incident performance.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and am in the process of receiving the Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). I’m a Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO) in both Construction and General Industry through Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, and I hold credentials including OSHA 500,510, and 511 Trainer, EM 385-1-1, NFPA 70E, and multiple Competent Person designations.
